Stage 1: Print ads
Print ads exist to engage the consumer to look out for our PR movement. Before the movement we are going to blast the city in green.
Stage 2: Billboard ads
After the print ads, our free parking movement will take off. On the day of our event, green signs will appear everywhere. Below are the examples: 
Stage 3: Cover the Paymeters 
Cover them all up. No one will pay on Spotify Free parking day. 
Stage 5: Paint the road
Paint the parking spots that are covered by Spotify and turn the city green.
